You did not receive your purchased items? Do not worry, we're here to help you! Simply follow the recommended steps below ⬇️
- Make sure you have the most updated version of Pet Master. To do so, head to your app store and see if there’s a new update to the game. If there is, download the new update.
- Exit and restart the game. (Every once in a while, this is necessary in order for the items to load).
- If you still don’t see your items, check with your bank or payment platform to verify that the payment went through.
I tried those steps ⬆️, but I still don’t have my purchased items
- Click on ‘Contact Us’ at the bottom of this page and send us your receipts from the app platform you used to buy the items. It should be the same platform you used to download Pet Master (Apple or Google Play).
